A public commons should account for itself the way it asks its sources to: in the open, with every figure traceable. This is the first running piece of the public accounting Charter Article 12 commits to — not yet an externally audited annual report (the institution is early and single-operator), and honest about that.
Every number below is derived from two live, machine-readable files — the data catalog and the corrections ledger — and you can re-derive it yourself. The funding, revenue, conflict, and privacy-incident figures are honest zeros with the reason stated, not placeholders. Nothing here is an impact claim: usage is not yet measured.
Derived from /catalog.jsonld (rebuilt 2026-06-22). Re-derive: fetch it and count the dataset array.
Warrant integrity (Charter Article 3): every dataset carries one of the four evidence classes — RECORDED / MODELED / DERIVED / INTERPRETATION (MIXED = a surface that joins more than one). None is unlabeled.
Derived from the known-issues ledger (12 tracked issues). This is the running piece of Charter Articles 8 and 12 — including data caught wrong and withheld rather than shipped.
A few ledger entries reference a cross-surface dataset or a retired one — e.g. the superseded name-match corporation join, logged as fixed, which correctly no longer appears in the catalog above (0 DERIVED-warrant datasets remain). The ledger tracking more than the live catalog is the record working as intended, not a discrepancy.
Charter Articles 4 (independence) and 6 (commercial disclosure). The honest state of an early, pre-revenue institution.
Self-funded. Runs on commodity edge infrastructure (Cloudflare workers.dev). No external funding round, grant, or institutional backer.

Because there is no commercial revenue, partner, sponsorship, or referral on the public surface, there is nothing for the independence rule (Article 4) or the disclosure rule (Article 6) to act on yet. These are the lines the institution is built to the moment any commercial relationship exists.
Charter Article 7. The public atlases are stateless — there is no account system and no stored query history.
The public atlases collect no accounts and store no individual triage histories — every page is a stateless public lookup (in-browser matchers, stateless queries). With nothing collected, there is nothing to breach, sell, or hand over.
Capability metrics, not impact claims — usage and traffic are not yet measured, and this page will not pretend otherwise.
Atlas Commons is new — every surface below shipped in June 2026. This is the founding record (the launches/closures Article 12 commits to track), not a fabricated multi-year history. Dates are this repository's commit dates.
